BOSS – the British Oil Security Syndicate – wanted a new look and more user friendly navigation for its website, which is popular with fuel retailers who visit to become members of its Payment Watch debt recovery scheme and re-order supporting stationery and documentation.View BOSS website »
The priority for the new BOSS website was to give it a clean, fresh appearance which would help make it easier for visitors to find the information they were looking for.
Campbell Marsh designed a modern and uncluttered interface with clear menu structures and easy-to-follow links. The website was developed on a versatile WordPress platform, which means the site is responsive to different devices and is easier for BOSS administrators to manage and update. Most importantly, it’s now much easier for retailers wanting to join BOSS to do so quickly and simply, and for returning members to shop for products.
We wrote informative and engaging new copy for all sections of the site to explain the benefits of BOSS schemes. We also made a number of publications available to view online, including a ‘drive-off prevention’ guide for retailers and recent BOSS annual reviews.
We’ve also designed and implemented a new HTML email newsletter for BOSS, which is sent out to its members and other industry professionals at regular intervals. Featuring the latest news and views from BOSS, the newsletter is helping to raise BOSS’s profile and attract visitors and customers to the new website.
