BOSS was formed in 1991 by the oil industry with the help and support of the Home Office Crime Reduction Centre and the National Police Chiefs’ Council (formerly ACPO). Today BOSS delivers crime busting initiatives making fuel service stations safer places for retail staff and customers. As part of its membership communications and business development strategy BOSS needed a publication that would clearly demonstrate its success and value for money.
Campbell Marsh created a fresh and vibrant new design for the 2014 Annual Review that strongly projects the BOSS brand. The Annual Review features new iconography to demonstrate the strengths and achievements of the not-for-profit trade organisation. It is intended to give stakeholders, who include retailers, police and oil companies, an insight into the challenges facing forecourt retailers.
