LSH’s Private Sector Leasing team (London Strategic Housing PSL) has many years’ experience in acquiring, maintaining and managing properties under agency agreements for local authorities. London Strategic Housing PSL manage more than 1,900 homes on behalf of individual private owners.
Campbell Marsh was approached to devise a more dynamic advertising concept so that LSH could build greater awareness and attract more private landlords to rent their properties to them. After reviewing the market and researching the target audience we came up with ‘Listen up landlords’.
The new contemporary style was applied to press advertising in local and regional newspapers that boosted the profile of the growing business. The new concept also featured on a 48 sheet billboard campaign across west London.
As part of an integrated campaign a dedicated micro-website was build to help support direct marketing and attract potential customers. As part of the profile building a SEO campaign has seen LSH’s chosen search terms feature in top position on Google searches.
