Kensington & Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (KCTMO) asked Campbell Marsh to devise a campaign to respond to government welfare reforms which would enable residents to identify different routes into work and training.
Following our highly successful ‘Get on board’ engagement campaign, which helped Kensington & Chelsea TMO to achieve a big increase in the number of residents joining its involvement and governance schemes, Campbell Marsh developed the ‘Map out your future’ theme for the new work and training initiative.
Map out your future builds on the iconic London theme of the Routemaster bus, used in the Get on board campaign. Drawing on the style of London’s transport maps, Map out your future is the starting point for KCTMO residents wanting to find out about employment opportunities and plan their route to work. Posters and leaflets produced to support the campaign are illustrated with Tube-style lines highlighting different work sectors and types of employment available, as well as introducing industry partners involved in the scheme.
KCTMO will be holding a series of Map out your future roadshows during 2013 and early 2014 and early signs are that the campaign has got off to a really positive start.
