Engaging successfully with local residents and the local authority in a suburb of Coventry was an integral part of our campaign for Antelope Property. Antelope asked Campbell Marsh to provide support with communications with its key stakeholders.
Antelope had acquired the site with planning permission for 33 apartments, however, it want to developed a mixed use scheme comprising of nine two-bedroom apartments above a new retail outlet and five three bedroom town houses.
Campbell Marsh devised a communications strategy that embraced the local authority and resident groups and gained support for the new scheme on a former petrol station site which had been derelict since 2003. We created a new visual identity and information literature. Working closely with the developer and the architect we engaged directly with local planning committee members, residents and ward councillors. The scheme secured revised planning approval.
