Solihull Community Housing (SCH) appointed Campbell Marsh to help prepare an internal communications campaign for an Audit Commission inspection. Their objective was to secure a three star rating.
Campbell Marsh devised an innovative and engaging campaign based around the duel theme of Team SCH and Solihull Community Housing’s very own OSCHar celebrations.
We co-ordinated a series of initiatives to galvanise staff support and involvement in an enjoyable and motivating way. This included a movie-themed OSCHar project for which each department produced a short film about their work. In addition to the direct staff engagement a series of newsletters and posters were produced to support the overall campaign. The campaign culminated in a glittering 3-star evening awards ceremony that gave staff recognition for their efforts.
SCH secured a three star assessment from the Audit Commission.
