Getting anywhere is much easier when you chose the right route; work and training is no different. CM has unveiled the latest phase in its resident engagement campaign that is helping one of London’s leading housing providers to support its residents to tackle the changes in welfare and benefit payments.
The housing arm of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, KCTMO, partnered with local agencies and businesses to help its residents who need advice and support about careers and training opportunities.
CM Creative devised the new campaign, called Your Route to Success, to boost awareness and attract residents to attend key events. The strong visual identity featured a a new version of KCTMO’s iconic Routemaster bus. CM developed it further by including real staff and residents within the bus. Choosing real people to be involved helped to generate a true sense of involvement.
The new campaign included the production of marketing assets for use in direct mail, in magazines, on websites and at a series of KCTMO road shows throughout the borough.
