The Stadium Carnival was the new brand for a special event organised by Stadium Housing Association to mark its move to new offices and to welcome its residents by putting on a day of entertainment and activities. Traditionally attendance of the Open Day was low and Campbell Marsh was asked to create a campaign that would attract residents to find out more about the new Stadium.
We handled all communications associated with the event, including creating a distinctive, bright and vibrant style for all printed invitations, posters and flyers. To give residents an added incentive to come along, we worked with the FA to arrange a limited number of free tours of Wembley Stadium, neighbour to Stadium’s offices.
We posted the invitations out in envelopes specially marked with the Stadium Carnival design, so that residents could see it was good news before they opened it! Thanks to the bold and eye-catching marketing, and possibly helped by the offer of the Wembley tour and glorious weather on the day, more than 400 residents turned out to enjoy a day at the carnival.
