Campbell Marsh developed Sunrise magazine for the retirement housing residents of Touchstone Housing Association. The quarterly magazine provided residents with news and information, profiling residents and tackling important and sensitive issues, such as establishing an enduring power of attorney.
Touchstone was a founder member of Keynote Housing Group and the group merged with Prime Focus in 2006 to form Midland Heart, a 30,000 home social landlord based in Birmingham, that owned and managed homes across the Midlands.
Sunrise magazine was adopted by the newly formed Focus Futures older people services team of Midland Heart and retained its status as the resident’s magazine of choice.
Our activities embraced research, writing, design and production. We ghost wrote articles on behalf of the management team and established Sunrise as a strong brand that was extended to promote events and greater engagement with residents.
