Antelope gets revised planning for mixed use scheme
We’ve successfully run a campaign for Antelope Property to gain revised planning approval for a development in Coventry. Antelope acquired the site with planning permission for 33 apartments, however, it want to developed a mixed use scheme comprising of a nine two-bedroom apartments above a new retail outlet and five three bedroom town houses. Campbell Marsh devised a communications strategy that embraced the local authority and resident groups and gained support for the new scheme on a former petrol station site which had been derelict since 2003. Working closely with the developer and the architect the scheme secured revised planning approval.
