Listen Up Landlords campaign unveiled

Stadium Housing Association asked Campbell Marsh to help it develop its marketing of private sector leasing (PSL) services, which is when private homeowners rent their property to a social landlord such as Stadium for use as affordable housing. Stadium’s objective was to attract more landlords and to expand its PSL services into new boroughs in north and north west London.
Campbell Marsh designed and produced a series of new flyers and advert concepts which would give Stadium a vibrant and outstanding identity among other organisations competing for private landlords’ business, positioning it as an established and reliable housing management specialist. These focused on the key benefits of hassle free rental, guaranteed income and no fees to pay.
We proposed that Stadium’s PSL activities would benefit most strongly from having an attractive and informative website to which landlords interested in letting their home to Stadium could be directed. Campbell Marsh designed and developed the website, making sure that the copy was easy to read and explained clearly what landlords who chose to work with Stadium could expect.
The website successfully went live and is already receiving an encouraging number of visits.
